6. Revisions and Scope

Included revisions are limited to the package or agreement purchased. Additional work, new features, major direction changes, extra pages, extra designs, urgent requests, or expanded deliverables may require additional payment.

7. Intellectual Property

After full payment, final approved deliverables prepared specifically for you may be used by you for your business, subject to any third-party licenses. Drafts, unused concepts, internal methods, templates, code libraries, and pre-existing materials remain owned by AnySofts or their respective owners unless otherwise agreed.

8. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Some work may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, plugins, analytics platforms, search engines, social platforms, or email tools. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, fees, restrictions, or platform decisions.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because our services are digital and labor-based, payments are generally non-refundable once work begins.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability
